“Nobody should preach faith to me again” – Lady breaks down in tears as life overwhelms her
A Nigerian lady has broken down in tears online after opening up about how life has overwhelmed her, despite her hard work, education, and faith.
In a viral video on X (formerly Twitter), she revealed that she is on the verge of being evicted after failing to pay her rent, with her caretaker expected to serve her a quit notice.
Sharing her frustration, the lady said she is tired of people constantly preaching faith to her while her reality keeps getting worse by the day.
“Nobody should open their mouth and tell me about faith again. I work hard, I studied, I still have faith, but nothing is working,” she lamented.
She explained that her situation has deteriorated so badly that she had to take a loan just to pay her school fees, stressing that faith alone has not changed her circumstances.
The visibly exhausted lady admitted she no longer knows how to explain her pain, saying she feels drained and worn out by life’s pressure.
Her emotional outburst has sparked mixed reactions online, with many Nigerians expressing empathy, while others urged her not to give up.
One user wrote, “This country can humble anybody. Hard work no longer guarantees anything 😢.” Another commented, “People should stop shouting faith when systems are failing.”
