“No man feels complete when a woman is feeding him” — Eucharia Anunobi
Veteran Nollywood actress Eucharia Anunobi has stirred reactions after sharing her views on financial roles in relationships.
She spoke ok this while being featured on the Honest Bunch podcast.
According to Anunobi, many men struggle with feelings of inadequacy when they are financially dependent on a woman.
She argued that it is natural for a man to want to provide and be able to take responsibility within a relationship.
“There’s no man that feels complete when a woman is feeding him. Forget it, don’t let anybody deceive you. A man wants to be able to give instructions to his wife. It’s a male thing,” she said.
She explained that having his own money allows a man to feel confident and fulfilled, adding that depending solely on a woman’s income may make a man feel less like himself.
Speaking from a woman’s perspective, the actress also said many women enjoy being cared for by their partners.
“I’m a woman, I want to be taken care of. It’s the joy of a woman. Every woman, even if she is a billionaire…” she added.
