It would be recalled that few days after procedure, the reality TV star took to social media to lament the struggle with her new backside as it does not fit into old trousers anymore.

In a new set of photos on the image-sharing platform, Instagram, Nina rolled out stunning photos of her post BBL surgery.

Sharing the photo, she emphasized her mission to always remind her followers about her beauty and how stunning the result of her BBL surgery is.
