Nigerian dancer attempts 150-hour dance marathon for Guinness World Record
A Nigerian dancer has danced for over 96 hours as she aims to break the Guinness World Record for the longest dance marathon, targeting 150 hours.
This was revealed in a series of posts shared via her TikTok page, where she frequently updates her followers on her progress, detailing how many hours she has completed and how many remain.
In the videos, she expressed her determination to break the record by dancing non-stop for 150 hours — equivalent to six and a quarter days.
The current record of 127 hours is held by Srushti Sudhir Jagtap from India, who achieved the feat in June 2023 at Dayanand College in Latur, Maharashtra.
As the Nigerian dancer pushes on, her story has drawn attention across social media, with many trooping to her comment section to share words of encouragement and support.
