Nigerian couple in UK headed for divorce after dispute over sharing monthly bills

A Nigerian couple living in the United Kingdom is reportedly heading for divorce following a disagreement over how to share monthly household expenses.
This was reported by a friend to the couple who shared the drama online.

Friend recounts what transpired
According to a friend of the couple, the man, identified as Ejike, relocated his partner from Nigeria to the UK, where both later secured employment as nurses. The woman now earns about £2,500 monthly, while Ejike earns roughly £2,700, bringing their combined income to £5,200.
Their monthly bills reportedly amount to £2,300. Ejike is said to have asked his partner to contribute £1,000 while he covered the remaining £1,300. However, after paying her share for three months, her behaviour allegedly changed, leading to rising tension in the home.
