New FIFA ranking sees Super Eagles retain 26th spot as France overtake Spain to top

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have retained their 26th position in the latest men’s rankings released by FIFA on Wednesday.

Under head coach Eric Chelle, Nigeria recorded mixed results in March, securing a 2-1 victory over Iran national football team before settling for a 2-2 draw against Jordan national football team.

The outcome has had minimal impact on their global standing, indicating stability rather than progression.
