According to him, he was asked to sign a large ledger book where the details of deceased persons, including their ages, were recorded.

While signing the register, he said he noticed that many of the deaths listed were of very young people, with ages ranging from teenagers to people in their early sixties.

N6 explained that his father, who died at 82 years old, appeared to be one of the oldest individuals recorded in the book for several pages.

He also recounted witnessing the arrival of a young man who had reportedly died from a drug overdose earlier that morning, an incident that deeply affected him as he watched the boy’s father break down in grief.

The experience, he said, served as a sobering reminder of how fragile life can be and urged young Nigerians to take their health and well-being seriously.

“Grief Diary Entry:

As a young Person living in Nigeria, Pls take your Life and Your Health very Serious. The morning When I went to deposit my Father’s body at the Mortuary I signed a Massive Ledger Book. Where you put down all the information about the deceased especially the Age that they were at Passing. I noticed that Most people in Lagos are dying at 9, 14, 23, 31, 44, 47, 51, 56, 61. My father passed on at 82 yrs old. He was the oldest death there by many pages. They also brought in a Young Muslim Boy who had died of a Drug Overdose that morning at 22 yrs old. I remember His aged father randomly kept crying out “How was he still taking hard drugs during Ramadan?” If you never bury Pesin you no go know say many people dey die Daily. 😢💔 We all think we have Time and we will all live till we are old and Grey but That Ledger book was a very Jarring experience. People are dying EARLY AF. A 60 yr old in Nigeria now is technically an elderly person. Pls Take your Life and your Health very Serious IF YOU ARE A NIGERIAN LIVING IN NIGERIA. #RIPSirClem 😢💔🕊️”
