“Men dey oo” – Ladies narrate shocking club experience with a suitor they rejected

Two ladies have gone viral on social media after sharing a shocking experience from a night out in Lagos that left them speechless and in disbelief.

In a video shared by @ChukEricE on X, the two friends recounted how a man approached them, admired their outfits, and asked if they were interested in going clubbing, which they agreed and followed him.

At the club, the atmosphere was lively. The man reportedly claimed he was a politician and warned them not to record him, saying he was a well-known figure.

Shortly after, he began spraying them heavily. According to the ladies, he sprayed so much money that they felt compelled to record videos as evidence.

Around 4 a.m., the man suggested it was time to leave. Sensing he might want to take things further by moving to a hotel, the ladies politely declined, explaining that they needed to go home and rest.

He reportedly accepted their decision without any argument. However, the situation soon took an unexpected turn.

The ladies said they were later approached by the club manager, who expressed interest in speaking with them about becoming PROs for the club, complimenting their beauty and overall vibe.

As they stepped aside to speak with the manager, they took their phones with them but left their bag behind with the man.

When they returned, the man had disappeared—along with all the money he had sprayed on them.

The incident sparked mixed reactions online. One user commented, “Men dey Lagos, honestly.” Another wrote, “Imagine spraying money and packing it back.”
