“Men are their own problems” – Lady reacts after stranger gifts her N1 Million for having hairy legs
A Nigerian lady has sparked widespread debate online after narrating how a man allegedly gifted her N1 million simply because he admired her hairy legs.
The story, which she shared in a viral video, has triggered mixed reactions, with many questioning priorities, values, and the way some men spend money.
“Nigeria men are the problem. This man stopped me on the road and said he likes my hairy skin and that I resemble someone he knows. I thought he recognised me from social media, so I was friendly. He asked if I had bought Christmas clothes, I said no, and he told me to send my account number. The next thing I saw was N1 million for having hairy legs. He collected my number, gave me his card and said I should call him, but I won’t because I have a boyfriend,” she said.
Lady questions society’s values after unexpected roadside encounter
The lady expressed shock at how easily the money was given, especially when compared to how hard people work for far less.
She questioned why individuals who put in long hours at work often struggle to earn a fraction of that amount, while something as trivial as physical appearance could attract such a huge reward.
She also criticised the double standards in society, noting that women are often labelled as gold diggers, yet situations like this show that some men actively encourage such behaviour.
