A lady has sparked reactions online after sharing her thoughts on the differences between what it takes to make a man happy and what it takes to make a woman happy.
The woman was seen speaking in a video shared on X (formerly Twitter) by @teeniiola, where she humorously compared the expectations placed on men and women in relationships.
Lady Breaks Down How to Make a Man Happy
In the video, she began by explaining that making a man happy is relatively simple and requires just a few things.
According to her, the basic needs of a man in a relationship can be summed up in four key points.
Simple Formula for Men
Sharing her opinion, she said:
“Let’s start with the man. Ready? Cook for him, sleep with him, show him love, respect him. That’s pretty simple, right? Four things. You can literally write all of that, the manual for men on a post-it note.”
What It Takes to Make a Woman Happy
She then contrasted this with what she described as the long list of expectations often placed on men when it comes to making women happy.
According to her, men are sometimes expected to fill many different roles in a woman’s life.
“Now, how to make a woman happy. Brace yourself. Ready?
Be strong, be confident, be emotionally intelligent, be funny, be ambitious. Oh, also be her plumber, her electrician, her lawn guy, her general contractor, her ATM, her therapist, her life coach, her best friend, her security system, her bodyguard, her travel agent, her Uber driver, her photographer, her personal assistant, her handyman, her lover, her emotional support animal.
And we are not even halfway done. Oh, and you better do all of those things while also being mysterious, exciting, unpredictable available, but not too available, supportive, but not boring, confident, but not arrogant. And after all of that, you might still hear, yeah, I just feel like something’s missing.”
“Meanwhile, the man is sitting there like, babe… Men are simple creatures, feed them, love them, respect them. Done. Ladies, let’s do better, can we? Because right now, the return of investment is a little unbalanced,” she added.
