Mario Wazobia criticizes Verydarkman over defamation case involving Mr Jollof’s wife
Media personality Mario Wazobia has criticized social commentator Verydarkman over a defamation case involving the wife of comedian Mr Jollof.
Reacting to a photo allegedly from a court session, Mario Wazobia alleged that Verydarkman admitted he had no concrete evidence to support previous claims he made about Mr Jollof’s wife, stating that the allegations were based on what he heard from others.
According to Mario, the lawsuit stemmed from accusations made by Verydarkman claiming that Mr Jollof’s wife was allegedly seen at a hotel with a fraudster, alongside other statements that were described as damaging and inappropriate.
He maintained that the allegations were false and harmful to her reputation.
He said in part …
“This is why I will never rate VDM. In this video of VeryDarkMan in court, he admitted to not having any evidence for what he said about Mr Jollof’s wife, claiming he only heard it. Mr Jollof’s wife sued him for defamation after he claimed she was caught at a hotel with a ‘Yahoo Boy’. He also made other explicit and disrespectful claims about her, including saying she used her body to help her husband secure a political appointment, which was very inappropriate and damaging to her reputation. Meanwhile, these claims were fabricated and all lies.”
