Man narrates how women ignored his friends after mistaking bill payer for group leader
An X user, @Fakaofwest1, has stirred reactions after claiming that women often misunderstand how male friendships work, particularly when it comes to identifying the leader of a group.
In response, X user @Juddywizard shared an experience involving himself and his friends during an outing at a lounge in Lekki.

According to him, the group invited some women they met at the venue to join them at their table, and everyone received equal attention until it was time to settle the bill.
He explained that one of his friends had recently made money and was sponsoring the outing but had restrictions on his account.
The friend therefore sold some coins and transferred the money to the only person in the group who had an ATM card before leaving.
After the meal, the men jokingly hailed the friend who used his ATM to pay the bill as their “chairman”, which he described as normal behaviour among male friends.
However, after exchanging Instagram and Snapchat handles with the women, @Juddywizard said none of them responded to his friends’ messages except the man who had paid the bill.
His words …
“Me and my guys commot go chop Chinese food for one lounge for Lekki. We met some pretty girls there, invited them to chill with us on the same table. They gave all of us equal attention until it was time to pay.
One of us just made some cool money and was the one sponsoring the outing but he had restrictions on his account, He sold some coins and sent the money to the only guy with an ATM among us all before stepping out.
After eating, they brought the bills and we jokingly started hailing the guy with the ATM as our chairman, normal guys behaviour.😂 He paid, we all left, exchanged IGs and Snapchats, and went back to our apartment.
You won’t believe these ladies didn’t reply any of our messages on IG except the guy who paid the bills with his ATM😂😂
We no first clock say na Wetin they happen be that till he linked up with One of them and we all realized they didn’t reply any of our text😂 but he’s cool friends with all three. We laughed about this for days😂”
