Man narrates how refusing to pay feminist sister’s tuition shaped her future

A Nigerian man has gone viral after sharing how he and his brothers decided to “humble” their sister when she began to act superior because of feminism and adulthood.
In his post on X (formerly Twitter), he explained that the drama started when their sister turned 18. Fresh out of secondary school and preparing for university, she began insisting she was grown and often refused to do household chores, telling everyone: “I’m 18, I’m grown.”
Things escalated when she gained admission into a private university. By then, the brothers had reportedly received several complaints about her new attitude. Instead of paying her tuition, they decided to teach her a lesson. The siblings refused to sponsor her that year, forcing her to miss the admission.
By the next year, he said their sister had “come back to her senses.” She changed her ways, and the family agreed to support her education. Today, she is a successful on-air personality (OAP) with a flourishing career.
The man concluded his story by saying:
“Tough love isn’t wickedness. Sometimes it saves lives.”
