Man narrates how girlfriend dumped him after selling his car to send her abroad

A Nigerian man has shared what he described as one of the most painful experiences of his life after sacrificing everything to support his former girlfriend’s relocation to the United Kingdom.

The man identified as @sidney_sbm took to the social networking site, X to share his experience.

According to him, he sold his car and exhausted all his savings to fund her travel and settlement abroad. However, just two months after she arrived in the UK, the relationship ended.

He shared a series of screenshots which captured his exchange with the girlfriend before her relocation and a couple others, 2 months after her relocation.

Before her relocation, when he had sold off his car to fund her relocation, she had appreciated him, but noted that she feels bad about making him pay all that, adding that he might regret it.

Girlfriend dumps him

Unfortunately, he regretted it. Two months later, she informed him that she’s a changed person, and doesn’t know if she feels the same way about him anymore.
