Man laments over condition of house he was asked to pay N600k for in Victoria Island, Lagos

Twitter user identified as @BabaOlola laments over the dilapidated state of a self-contain apartment he was asked to pay N600k for in Victoria Island, Lagos.

According to him, the 600k is basically the actual rent as he’s also expected to pay an additional sum of 120k for agency and legal fees, amounting to a total of 720k for a house he feels doesn’t worth the money.

In subsequent tweets, he shared photos of other houses he went to inspect of which none of them to him were actually worth the demanding price.

Sharing photos of the first house, he wrote:

“After complaining to my agent about distance living in Ajah, he suggested a self con at VI for 600k , agency and legal 120k”
