Man in tears as rats eat his Christmas savings

A Nigerian man, Engr Great-Emma has cried out on social media after rats stole his joy by eating the money he has been saving for months.

According to him, he has been saving the money for the Christmas festivities only for his hopes to be dashed.

Sharing photos of the 1,000 Naira notes destroyed by rats, Engr Great-Emma wrote on Facebook: “After all the Xmas savings, Bariga rat has shown me pepper.”
