Man declared missing after allegedly using certificate as loan collateral

A Facebook user, identified as Austin Okoye, has raised an alarm over the whereabouts of one Ehindero Dayo Daniel, who was accused of failing to repay a loan and has reportedly been unreachable since 2021.

The appeal was shared in the Facebook group I Love Jos, where Okoye claimed that the individual borrowed money and left his certificate as collateral before disappearing.

According to the post, all efforts to locate him since then have been unsuccessful, prompting the public call for information that could help trace his whereabouts.

He had shared photos showing the man’s university certificate and his NYSC discharge certificate.
