Man apprehended after allegedly eating ₦324K worth of food at Lagos restaurant
A man has reportedly been apprehended after allegedly eating food worth ₦324,000 at a restaurant in Lagos without paying.
According to a video shared online, the restaurant owner said the man had been visiting the establishment for more than two months, eating meals worth about ₦6,000 per day before leaving without making payment.

The man was reportedly later apprehended, with the person who shared the video claiming that he had recently spent six months in a correctional centre after allegedly stealing ₦250,000 from his employer.
The man reportedly confessed that he usually used fake transfer alerts to deceive people into believing he had paid for goods or services.
The restaurant owner explained that the man would repeatedly come to eat while she was away, leaving her staff to attend to him, before allegedly leaving without settling his bills.

“My people, say no to crime. This guy him go go chop for this woman shop, normally she no dey dey na her girls dey de. This guy don chop food of 324,000 and from my findings, this guy just come out from prison. Him use 6 months for there. Them say him chop him oga money of 250K.
After commoting from correctional centre, with the correction wey dey do for am he still comot dey do the same thing. My brother your days are numbered.
The restaurant owner explained: “He doesn’t do transfer. He’ll just come and eat food of 6K a day and go home. For more than 2 months…”
