Malcolm-Jamal Warner passes away

Tragedy has struck the movie industry with the passing of beloved actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner, leaving an irreplaceable void.

According to reports, Warner died from accidental drowning while on a family vacation in  Costa Rica on Sunday, July 20,2025.

He was caught in a strong ocean current, which led to asphyxia due to drowning.

Notably Waarner’s came to the spotlight following his role in Theodore “Theo” Huxtable, the lovable and mischievous son of Cliff and Clair Huxtable, earned him widespread recognition.

Warner was private about his personal life, but it’s known that he was survived by his wife and a daughter born in 2017.

He tied the knot with Karen Evans in 1996, but they divorced in 1998.
