“Laid flat on the ground and….”-Man recalls heartbreaking encounter at POS stand
Senior Special Assistant on Media to Delta State Government, Ossai Ovie Success, recounts encounter with an elderly man at a Point Of Sales (POS) stand.
In a Facebook post, Ossai shared he was at a POS stand when an elderly man came to withdraw N1,000.
Man Shares Heartbreaking Ordeal At POS Stand
Meanwhile, the POS attendant spoke to the elderly man’s son on phone, who transferred the money immediately.
However, the attendant handed over ₦900 to the elderly man, leaving him devastated.
Man Intervenes Into Heartbreaking Situation
According to Ossai, moved by I stepped in and told the POS lady to give him ₦10,000.
Sharing what transpired afterward, he stated, “I stepped in and told the POS lady to give him ₦10,000, the old man laid flat on the ground and held my legs”.
