Lady sparks reactions after admitting women order more when men are footing the bill
A Nigerian lady has sparked reactions online after boldly admitting how women tend to behave differently when it comes to spending during outings.
According to her, once a man is responsible for the bill, the energy instantly changes, with everyone eager to order more items from the menu.
“If it were a guy that took us out and they brought the list, you will hear ‘I want this, I want that,” she said.
She further explained that the situation becomes completely different when they are the ones paying, as spending becomes more cautious and controlled.
“See table, our table is empty. We’re so broke. We no want again, na only juice we want, because the money is coming from our pocket,” she added..
The comment has since triggered mixed reactions online. While some praised her honesty, others noted that such behavior isn’t limited to women alone.
One user wrote, “At least she’s honest 😂 Na women nature be that.” Another added, “Everybody dey behave like this sometimes.”
