Lady shocked as man rejects her six years after she turned him down as a teenager

A Nigerian lady has shared her surprise encounter with a man she rejected years ago, only for him to turn the tables when they met again.

According to her account, the incident dates back to 2020 when she declined the man’s romantic advances because she was still in her teens and felt too young at the time, while he was a few years older.

Not long after the rejection, the man travelled abroad to pursue a master’s degree, and they lost contact.

Lady reunites with man

Nearly six years later, fate brought them together again unexpectedly. She explained that both of them were visibly excited to see each other after such a long time apart, with the reunion marked by warm gestures that suggested lingering attraction.

Hoping to reconnect properly, the lady said she hurriedly asked for his contact details. To her shock, the man refused and reminded her of how she had rejected him years earlier before walking away.

Lady experiences intense embarrassment

The experience left her embarrassed and confused, as she questioned how someone could hold on to a rejection that happened when she was much younger.

A few months later, he traveled out of the country to pursue his MSc.
