Lady reveals hilarious demands a widow made after giving her 50k for Christmas

A lady has amused social media users after sharing a humorous message she received from a widow she had offered ₦50,000 to help with Christmas.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), she explained that a woman on Instagram had asked for even used clothes for her children.

Out of compassion, she reached out and offered ₦50,000. She was later surprised to receive a message saying the amount would not be enough, as she also needed to pay house rent.

The post read: “So this lady on Instagram commented saying she needed even if it’s used clothes and food for her kids for Christmas that she was a widow. I reached out, offered her 50k, tell me why she’s saying it won’t be enough cos she has to pay rent too💀🥲 Nigerians.”
