Lady cries out over amount spent in purchasing a cow

A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to lament about the exorbitant price spent in purchasing a cow.

The lady, @yetundeomobolanle identified as an author and writer on the microblogging platform, X (formerly Twitter) shared her displeasure over the cow purchase.

According to @yetundeomobolanle, she bought a cow estimated at ₦930,000, which resulted in her lamentation.

Furthermore, Yetunde Omobolanle stated that prior to the purchase, she estimated a cow to cost between ₦200,000 and ₦300,000.

In a follow-up tweet, she revealed the cow was for her father.

However, Yetunde Omobolanle didn’t share the purpose of purchasing the cow for her father, but expressed excitement over the purchase, despite her lamentation over the exorbitant price

According to her, she felt an urge to try out an Item7 Shawarma in Ikeja, Lagos state, asserting that the TikTok community would be all over her about it.

Meanwhile, the post’s comment section has been flooded with inquiries about the location of the cow purchase, which wasn’t disclosed.
