Lady accuses Blessing CEO of clout-chasing over stage 4 cancer claims

A fresh controversy has erupted online after a lady publicly criticised popular relationship therapist Blessing CEO over her recent claim of battling stage 4 cancer.
In a viral video circulating on social media, the lady expressed strong disbelief and concern, accusing Blessing CEO of using a sensitive health issue to create content and attract sympathy.
Outrage Over Cancer Claim
Reacting in the video, the woman said, “Giant of Africans, God forbid. So we are so stupid that we don’t know what a stage 4 cancer looks like.”
She questioned the authenticity of the claim and criticised the way it was presented, adding, “You cut your hair halfway and you now use your hand to be dragging it. It is too sensitive. God forbid.”
The speaker went further to reject the illness on Blessing CEO’s behalf, saying, “I reject stage 4 cancer for you. Blessings CEO I reject it for you in Jesus name, in Ogun name, in Allah name, in Mammy Water name.”
“Too Sensitive for Content”
The woman also took aim at those expressing sympathy online, questioning their understanding of the condition. She said, “Do you know what is stage 4? Are you people sympathizing with her, do you know what is stage 4 cancer?”
In a mix of English and pidgin, she added, “Aren’t you people learned? Una no dey learned? Do you know what it is stage 4 cancer.”
She stressed that serious illnesses should not be trivialised for online engagement, stating, “I feel it is too sensitive to create content with such.”
Accusations of Clout-Chasing
Continuing her criticism, the lady mocked the visual portrayal in Blessing CEO’s video, saying, “You have to use clipper and be babbing your hair, girl… A big clout chaser.”
She concluded with a broader concern about social media trends, lamenting, “It is ridiculous. It is appalling. This country, ah, that’s how they will use rape and create content, use everything to, ah bah.”
