Junior Pope reportedly dead following a drowning incident
Popular Nollywood actor, Junior Pope Odonwodo, passes away after his boat capsized in a river on his way to a movie shoot.
According to reports, the actor drowned to his death hours after sharing a video of himself on a boat on his Instagram page.
He was heard in the video pleading with the boat rider to slow down since he was the only child raised by his parents and wished to raise his three children on his own.
He said that he was at the center of the River Niger while filming himself, describing the risk that movie actors undergo to delight their audiences.
According to information obtained, the tragic event took place on Wednesday, April 10, He was one of four actors that perished while returning from a filming location
