Joeboy offers financial assistance to Unilag students due to hike in school fees

Superstar musician, Joeboy has melted hearts as he offers financial assistance to Unilag students due to the hike in their school fees.

Recall that few months back the students of the University had taken to protesting the outrageous increase of the school fees.

Still, the school management has refused to listen to their pleas for a reduction, insisting on the new price.

However, Joeboy who is an alma mater of the institution, recalls his time at the University where the fees was still 20k and thereby pledges assistance to students with financial difficulties.

In his words;

“Unilag school fees during my time was 20k and a lot of people were still struggling to pay. I can’t imagine how hard it is for students now that it’s over 100k.
