Jessie James Decker announces plans to remove “very large” breast implants, reveals why
Jessie James Decker, wife of former NFL star Eric Decker, has announced plans to have her breast implants removed as she embraces what she described as her “natural girl” era.
The 38-year-old country singer and model shared the decision in an Instagram video, explaining that her fitness journey has changed how she feels about her body and what she wants for herself.

Jessie said, “I just don’t feel like these big implants fit who I am anymore.”

The mother of three said she now wants a lifestyle that requires less maintenance and allows her to feel more comfortable in her body. She said becoming a mother to her two-year-old daughter, Denver, also influenced her thinking.
“I want less maintenance in my life and I’m embracing my natural girl era!” Jessie explained. “Having a daughter has made me think about it even more. I never want her to feel like she has to do all this upkeep to feel beautiful.”
However, Jessie admitted she remains uncertain about what she will look like after the procedure because she has had large implants for many years.
“But I know myself, and realistically I’m not sure I’m totally ready for that yet,” she admitted. “I’ve had such large ones for so long I don’t know what I have underneath it all.”
She first considered the change in 2024
Jessie had previously discussed the possibility of changing her implants in 2024, saying she was not rushing into surgery but might eventually decide to have them removed.
Her latest comments have renewed attention around her decision to prioritise how she feels about her body as she approaches 40.
The announcement comes alongside her ongoing fitness journey, with Jessie saying she has become stronger and more confident through her workouts.
For now, the singer has not indicated exactly when the procedure will take place, but her comments suggest she is increasingly comfortable with the idea of returning to a more natural appearance.
