“I’ve not accepted yet”- Lady shares how man she met online surprised her

A Nigerian lady’s post revealing how a man she met online surprised her has left social media buzzing.

The lady, identified by the X handle @justmercy, revealed that barely two weeks after meeting the guy on Instagram, he surprised her with an iPhone 16.

‎Lady Shares Surprising Encounter

According to her, the guy had been in her Instagram Direct  Message (DM) since last year, but she started engaging with him recently.

However, when her iPhone 13 got damaged, she reached out to him via another phone, keeping his identity undisclosed.

‎”I was trying to figure out a plan B. I reached out to him using another phone, and without hesitation, he told me to go meet his phone plug in Ikeja”, The tweet reads in part.

‎Sharing details of what transpired at the phone accessories store, @justmercy narrated, “When I got there, the guy fixed my phone and then told me it had already been paid for plus, he said this same guy had already bought an iPhone 16 for me”.

According to her, she’s yet to accept being his girlfriend, stating,“I haven’t even accepted him as my boyfriend yet. Maybe there are still good guys out there after all”.
