“It’s you…” — Lady cries out as her best friend boyfriend proposes love to her
A young lady has taken to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to seek advice after revealing a troubling situation involving her friend’s boyfriend.
In a post that quickly gained attention online, the lady explained that her friend’s partner recently confessed that he wants to date her instead.
According to her, the situation started as what she thought was a joke, but it soon became serious and left her feeling confused about how to handle it.
Friend’s Boyfriend Confesses Love
The woman said her friend is deeply in love with the man, describing him as wealthy and very gentlemanly in the way he treats her.
However, the couple have recently been facing relationship problems.
Concerned about her friend’s happiness, she decided to step in alongside others to help resolve the issue. They visited the man together to talk through the problems affecting the relationship.
But during the conversation, the discussion suddenly took an unexpected turn.
She recalled that while she was trying to mediate between them, the man directly told her he preferred her instead.
According to the woman, he boldly said: “BOLA it is you I want and I must have you. You look like the one to give me the peace of mind I want.”
Shocked by the statement, she said she immediately rejected him.
“I immediately said NO, this can never happen,” she wrote, explaining that she turned him down bluntly.
Despite her refusal, she claimed the man has continued to insist and refuses to back down.

One user, Omo Gift, advised her to remain firm and keep her distance from the man.
“Stay firm and keep your distance. He’s showing disrespect not just to your friend but to you too. No money or charm is worth betraying your friend or getting dragged into that drama.”
