A Nigerian lady has stirred fresh debate online after calling out women who attempt to downplay cheating in relationships.
The woman took to X, formerly known as Twitter, where she shared a screenshot of a message allegedly sent by a lady who had been caught cheating by her boyfriend.

Posting the screenshot, she wrote: “You cheated on your boyfriend and still have the mind to say it was just for 5mins ??… Some of you are meant for the circus.”
In the shared message, the lady appeared to be apologising to her boyfriend after he discovered the affair.
She wrote: “Am sorry you had to find out this way, i swear it was a mistake we didnt do it for long just 5mins and he was done, i didnt even enjoy it. We didnt even kiss i dont know what came over me am sorry babe forgive me.”
The boyfriend’s response shocked many readers.
He replied: “If you message me again, you will die in 5mins time.”
