“Is Laycon or Dorathy purple skinned?” – Tolanibaj dragged for saying her fan base is low because she isn’t light skinned
Reality TV star, Tolanibaj has said her fan base is low compared to other former housemates because of her complexion.
Calling Nigerians colourists, Tolanibaj quoted a tweet affirming to the assertion, adding that she would not debate over the matter.
The fan with the handle @Pamzyyyy tweeted; ”Some things don’t add up. Tolani baj is such a top babe. She has a strong character, she’s ambitious, her work ethic is insane. Her self assurance& confidence is top notch. She’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Y doesn’t sh have 1 of the biggest fanbases in bbn ths yr? Damn Colorism is real”

Tolanibaj then replied; “Aww, thank you beautiful, Nigerians are colourists but y’all not ready for this conversation. P.s: I won’t go back & forth with anyone to defend my statement. I will block you expeditiously.”
In another tweet, she wrote; “Brown skin women in the industry deserve their accolades too. Stop overlooking them and choosing them last.”

Nigerians have now dragged her over her comment, with many reminding her that Laycon, Dorathy, Mike Edwards, Dianne, CeeC, among other ex-BBNaija housemates are also not fair complexioned but have big fan base. Others said her low fan base is because she was boring during the show.
