Irish chef dethrones Hilda Baci, now holds Guinness World Record for longest cooking time

Nigeria’s queen of the kitchen and former record holder, Hilda Baci has now been stripped of her Guinness World Record title by Irish chef, Alan Fisher.

This was announced by the Guinness World Records on their official Twitter page today.

The Irish chef, Alan Fisher, cooked for an impressive 119 hours and 57 minutes in his restaurant in Japan surpassing Hilda’s time of 93 hours and 11 minutes.

He did not only break her record which is the longest cooking marathon by an individual, he also broke the record of longest baking marathon by an individual.
