Video of Family Meeting Goes Viral
The clip was posted by TikTok user @mignonfaith3, one of her siblings, who appeared surprised by her sister’s courage.
The short video quickly gained attention, with many viewers finding the moment funny and relatable.
Last Born Says She’s Tired of Money Talk
One of her major complaints was how her siblings handled financial support.
According to her, anytime money was sent to her, they made it public knowledge, which she did not like.
She stressed that any money sent to her should remain private and not be shared with others.
She Rejects Being Treated Like a Maid
The young lady also addressed household chores, making it clear that she would no longer accept being overworked.
She said she was not a housemaid and should not be treated like one.
She added that if her siblings wanted her to wash their clothes, they would have to pay her or take their clothes to a dry cleaner instead.
Dreams of Studying Abroad
Another point she raised was her future. The last born revealed her desire to further her education outside Nigeria.
She specifically mentioned Canada and the United States as her preferred study destinations.
In her words:
“My purpose of calling this meeting is different reasons. I even have a list. Number 1 is that if you send money to me, keep it a secret. You don’t have to tell anyone that you sent money to me. I want my money privately. Don’t tell anybody. That’s what makes you an adult. Number 2, if you use plate wash it. I’m not your slave in this house. If you want me to wash your cloth, pay me N2,500 for one or go and meet drycleaners. I’m not a maid in this house. In fact you people are supposed to be treating me like a queen. I’m a queen. Number 3, I want to study in Canada or US.”
