“I’ll take 90% if you cheat, we’ll sleep in separate rooms” – Lady sparks debate with strict marriage rules
A Nigerian lady has gone viral after boldly sharing detailed conditions that must be met before she agrees to get married.
In a video making rounds online, she outlined her expectations, making it clear that her version of marriage would come with strict rules and luxury standards.
“These are the rules and regulations that are going to apply in my house if I ever get married. Number one, we must have maids for every aspect of our house, so you cannot be poor as my husband.
As soon as we get married, we are hiring maids. There is a maid for the kitchen, a maid for the garage, and we will have drivers. I’m not going to lift as much as a finger doing house chores.”
She also spoke on financial responsibilities, stating that if her marriage operates on a 50-50 basis, then childbearing would not be part of the agreement.
According to her, such an arrangement means the man would take full responsibility for raising the children, while she maintains her independence and lifestyle.
“If it’s 50-50, we’ll adopt children and you’ll take care of them. I won’t carry any child. We’ll have separate bedrooms, and you’ll only have access when I want. If you cheat, I take 90% of your property and you keep the kids.”
Her statements have since sparked reactions online.
