“If you’ve ever felt stupid…” – Lady narrates heartbreaking story of sharing her boyfriend with another woman
A Nigerian lady has stirred emotional reactions online after opening up about how she remained in a relationship where her boyfriend was openly involved with another woman.
In a viral video shared on TikTok, the heartbroken lady recounted how she discovered her boyfriend was cheating.
When she confronted him, he allegedly told her he loved both women and could not choose between them.
“He said he loved both of us and can’t choose, so it’s either I stay and share or I go. I stayed,” she said.
Instead of walking away, she said she tried to adjust to the painful reality in a bid to keep the relationship.
According to her, she even made efforts to befriend the other woman so things could work smoothly.
In a shocking revelation, she disclosed that when her boyfriend travelled to another city to visit the other lady, she helped him pack his bags and even accompanied him to the airport.
The situation later became more complicated when he told her they had broken up. However, she eventually discovered it was a lie.
Despite knowing the truth, she said she pretended not to be aware because she feared he would end the relationship if she confronted him.
Things took an even more painful turn after he finally broke up with her. She claimed he still reached out for casual sexual encounters, clearly stating that it was not a relationship.
“He would tell me not to overthink it, that it was just sex, not a relationship. I would cry and still remain there,” she added.
According to her, she never found the courage to walk away on her own. In the end, he was the one who completely ended things, and despite her pleas and attempts to reconcile.
