“If your life suddenly stops moving forward, ask your wife” — Man links marital conflict to lack of progress

A man has sparked widespread debate online after claiming that sudden difficulties in a married man’s life may be connected to unresolved issues with his wife.
Claims about marriage and personal setbacks
In a video circulating on social media, the man advised married men to look inward whenever business, finances, or personal progress begin to decline unexpectedly.
According to him, if a man has reviewed his actions and cannot identify the source of his struggles, he should speak directly to his wife.
“Ask her if she’s okay. Ask her if anything is troubling her. Ask her if there’s anything you have done to offend her,” he said, adding that in most cases, unresolved anger may be involved.
Prayer, unity and conflict at home
The man argued that conflict between spouses can directly affect progress, stressing that unity is essential in marriage.
“When two become one and there is conflict in that home, there cannot be any progress,” he stated.
He likened marital discord to opposing prayers, saying, “Imagine one person praying for progress and another praying against progress. There cannot be progress because the body is fighting itself.”
Controversial views on women and behaviour
He went on to make controversial remarks about women’s reactions to how they are treated, suggesting that some women may subconsciously resist their husband’s success if it is associated with emotional pain.
He cited examples of men who are kind only when financially struggling but become cruel or unfaithful when successful. “If they associate their pain with your progress, they won’t want you to progress,” he claimed.
