‎A Nigerian lady has reacted after her ex-husband reclaimed her bride price despite their split in 2023.

‎In a Facebook post, Obianju Ritanwa A. Aneto disclosed that her ex-husband reclaimed the bride price on June 13, 2025.

‎Although, the circumstances surrounding their divorce were not disclosed in the viral post.

‎According to the lady, she had announced their engagement and marriage online and wished her marriage worked out , but it eventually fell apart.

‎Reflecting on the incident, she stated, “It’s nothing to be happy about but it happened, anything that happens in my life it’s God’s wish”.
