A young lady identified as Sally has moved many online after opening up on her battle with cancer in an emotional video shared on her TikTok page.

In the video, Sally revealed that she is currently fighting the last stage of cancer, a reality she said many people around her are unaware of.
According to her, her health struggle has remained private despite the pain she endures daily.

Sally disclosed that she takes tramadol to manage the intense pain caused by the illness.
Despite this, she described herself as strong and determined to keep pushing forward.

While speaking in the video, Sally expressed deep faith and optimism, insisting that she believes her time is not yet up.
She maintained that even though the stage of cancer she is battling often claims lives, she remains confident she will survive.
In her words; “This life is so private that no body will know that I’m fighting the last stage of cancer. Yes and I take tramadol for the pain yeah I’m a strong girl. I know I’m a strong girl. You see this God is wonderful it not yet my time this stage that use to kpai people but me I will never kpai I’ll live thank you…”
