A Nigerian lady has shared a heartbreaking outcome after sending ₦50,000 to her younger sister.
Identified as @Miss-Remi on X, she disclosed that she had ₦100,000 in her account while craving a visit to her favorite restaurant.
Lady Shares Heartbreaking Outcome
According to the lady, she remembered her school transcript and language proficiency certificate would cost about ₦50,000. She also wanted to purchase chair for ₦45,000.
Meanwhile, she opened WhatsApp and received a message from her sister requesting for allowance and a contribution toward her project, totaling ₦50,000.
However, she sent the money to her sister, bought data worth 20k and renowned her subscription on X.
“I sent lil sis her 50k. Bought data 20k. Renewed 𝕏 sub. And I’m left with 24k to manage, I can’t leave my acct entirely empty“, She stated.
After covering the expenses, she was left with ₦24,000 in her account.
Details Of Their Conversation
Meanwhile, during a conversation with her sister, she asked what she was eating.
According to her sister, she was eating shawarma and parfait with the money she had sent earlier.
Detailing how she felt about the incident, she stated, “I don’t know how to feel. I’m not angry. But I feel sorry for myself“.
