“I see about 8 APC governors working against Tinubu ahead of 2027” – Primate Ayodele

The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has warned of growing internal challenges facing President Bola Tinubu and the APC ahead of the 2027 elections.

In a statement issued by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, the cleric claimed that several state governors would undermine the ruling party’s efforts as the polls approach.

Governors May Undermine APC Plans

Primate Ayodele said he foresaw about eight APC governors working against the party and President Tinubu before the next general election.

According to him, some of the governors may remain within the APC, while others could defect to opposition parties, yet still oppose the president’s re-election bid.

“I see about eight governors working against APC ahead of 2027. It’s either they stay in the party to work against the party or move to an opposition party.”

Warning of Political Exposures

The cleric also cautioned that President Tinubu would face a difficult election, warning that not everything around him was as genuine as it appeared.

“President Tinubu will not find it easy in the election; there are so many things around him that look real, but they are not.”

Predicted Defection to ADC

Primate Ayodele further predicted that a prominent political figure would soon defect to the African Democratic Congress, ADC.

“I am seeing a big name decamping to the ADC very soon. It will be a shocker to people and the political scene of the country.”

Earlier Claims on Global and Local Politics

The cleric recalled his earlier warning that former United States President Donald Trump was allegedly working to influence Nigeria’s political leadership.

He also previously claimed that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar could be pressured to step aside for former President Goodluck Jonathan ahead of future elections.
