‎The lady @Elizabeth-Dese on X (formely Twitter)shared that she overheard the conversation between the men while at a restaurant.

During their conversation, one of the men opened up about his relationship, revealing his girlfriend was annoyed with him for not getting her an iPhone.

‎ Additionally, he revealed they have been dating for 3 months.

The X user sought clarity from netizens if requesting expensive gifts in the early stages of a  relationship is acceptable or a red flag.
