A Nigerian man took to social media, revealing why he cut ties with his friend years ago over a $10,000 investment.
In a post on his X handle, @only1kai, the man shared that the incident unfolded nearly 3 years ago after he hopped on a crypto scheme.

According to the X user, weeks after investing in the scheme, a devastating incident unfolded as it crashed. However, he informed security operatives about the situation.
”The website disappeared along with my money.I reported it to the police, thinking that was the end”, He added.
Details Of The Investigation
Meanwhile, security operatives traced the money to a crypto exchange and discovered his friend was involved.
Although,he recovered $6,000, but despite his friend’s appeal, he turned a deaf ear.
