A Nigerian man has sought clarity online over his encounter with his fiancée’s parents during a visit to their residence
In a post on his X handle, @papshine-t, the man disclosed that during the visit, he was served two wraps of amala, two pieces of meat, and fish.

However, he devoured the delicacy and informed his sister about the encounter. Meanwhile, she emphasized that he was not expected to consume all the food.
The situation escalated after he reached out to his mother via phone call, and she stressed that he should have left one wrap of amala, a meat, and fish.
”She was worse.Mom said I should have left one wrap. One meat. One fish. Apparently finishing food at in-laws is a red flag. Nobody told me there’s an exam in eating.Please how true is this?”,The tweet reads.
