“I discovered Banana Island” – Kiddwaya’s billionaire dad, Terry Waya claims (Video)

Terry Waya, the billionaire father of ex-BBNaija housemate, Kiddwaya, has claimed he discovered the popular Banana Island in Lagos.

He disclosed this in a recent exclusive interview he granted BBC Pidgin News.

According to him, he played a vital role in the discovery and development of Banana Island, a luxury artificial Island in the commercial city of Lagos, Nigeria.

During the interview, Waya revealed he was not born into a wealthy home but luck shone on him during the Military regime of Ibrahim Babandiga, whom he met through his ‘soldier friends’.

Terry Waya said he was given the job to develop the area before he handed over the contract to Chagoury to do the job.

The Benue state born billionaire also revealed he moved to Kaduna where he got married and raised his kids before sending them off to a boarding school in London, UK.

He also said people call him “Mr. Versace” because he loves Versace products a lot.

He said he loves wearing very colourful clothes because as a short man, he wants to be noticed.

He then advised young people never to pay attention to those who mock them for working hard. He said they should keep doing whatever gives them money so far as it is legal.
