According to Chinonyerem Judith Godwin, after her boyfriend proposed, he visited her parents to seek their blessing for marriage.
In a shocking twist, he became unreachable and blocked her.
Eventually, 4 months later, she saw posts from his ex-boyfriend’s friends online announcing his engagement party to another woman.
”I called his friend again, and that was when he told me the truth.He said my ex claimed he had found someone he truly loves and wants to spend the rest of his life with. I almost fainted when I heard that. I was completely broken and depressed. The most painful part was that I still didn’t know what I did wrong“, The post reads in part.
