“I booked a cab for her”- Man loses cuban gold chain after inviting ex-girlfriend to birthday party

An X user has shared a heartbreaking account of losing his cuban gold chain after inviting his ex-girlfriend to his birthday party.

The user, @big-dada3, disclosed they parted ways in December 2025.

According to the X user, after his ex-girlfriend arrived at the birthday party, he welcomed her warmly and eventually slept in the same bed.

However, before he woke up, she prepared to depart, which left him surprised, and he booked a cab for her.

Describing how he noticed his Cuban gold chain was missing, he narrated, “After she left, I didn’t want to be alone, i went to my friends room to chill wit them. so when it was time to leave the hotel, I started packing my things and noticed that my Cuban gold chain was missing from my cross bag”.

However, his friends informed him the Cuban gold chain was with him when he entered the hotel room with his ex-girlfriend.

According to @big-dada3, he reached out to his ex-girlfriend about his missing gold chain, who denied seeing it.

Sharing further details about his missing Cuban gold chain, the X user stated,” I was confused because I clearly remember putting it in my bag before sleeping. I asked her to come back so i could check her bag, but she hasn’t answered my calls since then”.
