How to check mock JAMB result 2026

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the results of the 2026 mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

The examination body announced on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, using its official X account.

According to JAMB, the mock UTME was held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at specified Computer-Based Test (CBT) centers throughout the country.

According to JAMB, candidates can verify their results by sending SMS “MOCKRESULT” to 55019 or 66019, using the same phone number they used to register.

The board emphasised that only the registered SIM linked to the candidate’s profile will be recognised during the result-checking process.

The board revealed that a total of 224,597 individuals registered for the mock exam.

Out of this figure, 152,586 individuals passed the test, which was administered at 989 CBT centers nationwide.

JAMB also disclosed that more than 20 CBT centres encountered technical difficulties during the exercise.

As a result, the impacted centers were delisted owing to technological deficiencies, according to the board.

JAMB highlighted that such assertions are untrue and criminal, and that any applicant who engages in such conduct risks having their registration deleted.

It further stated that results may be withheld or withdrawn if transgressions are identified after the exam.

Meanwhile, JAMB declared that the main UTME for 2026 will begin on Thursday, April 16, 2026.
