Popular Skit-maker and singer, Oderhohwo Joseph Efe, widely known as Carter Efe finally reveals how he came to make the viral hit, Machala.

Recall, that the jam Machala by Carter Efe and Berri Tiga hit the airwaves sometime last month. The song became a source of controversy with many slamming Carter for seeking attention from Wizkid. While sitting in an interview with media personality, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Carter revealed how he made the sensational song that grew into a hit.

He said:

“I was at home with my guy and started to put some instrumental beats on youtube. I started to chant Machala. It was then it occurred to me that if I do a song like this, it will go viral…”
