“How can Doris Ogala accuse me of killing her brother and still want to marry me?” — Pastor Chris breaks silence

Pastor Chris Okafor, founder of the Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministry, has spoken publicly over serious allegations made against him by Nollywood actress Doris Ogala.

The Lagos-based cleric described the accusations as false, malicious, and filled with contradictions, insisting they were designed to destroy his name and ministry.

Pastor Questions Consistency of Allegations

Speaking to journalists in Lagos on Thursday, Okafor reacted to claims that he was involved in the death of Ogala’s brother.

He was also accused of having a long-term romantic relationship with the actress and later abandoning a promise of marriage.

Reacting strongly, the pastor questioned the logic behind the accusations, saying the claims did not add up.

“The same person accusing me of murder is also saying I want to abandon her to marry another woman,” he said.

He added that it made no sense for someone to seek marriage from a man she allegedly believed killed her brother.

According to Okafor, the situation contains “glaring lies, unanswered questions, and facts that do not align.”

Ex-Wife and Daughter Allegations

The cleric further alleged that his ex-wife later joined the controversy with fresh accusations against him.

He claimed she accused him of attempting to defile one of their daughters, an allegation he strongly denied.

Okafor stated that the same ex-wife and daughter allegedly approached a popular blogger with financial demands.

According to him, they requested about ₦80 million to cover school fees and living expenses abroad.

He questioned the accusation again, asking why such a request would be made if he were truly guilty.

Which woman would do that to a man she claims tried to harm her child?” he asked.

Claims of a Coordinated Attack

Pastor Okafor maintained that all allegations against him were completely false.

He described them as part of a coordinated attempt to damage his reputation and weaken his ministry.

The pastor insisted that the truth would eventually come out, urging the public to remain patient.
